31 May 2019, Vilnius - State Secretary Daniela Morari delivered a speech at the Baltic Assembly Conference on the Eastern Partnership, entitled "Can We Deliver? Setting our Course over the next 10 Years".

In the panel called " Eastern Partnership: A Window of Opportunity in 2025-2028 to build European Perspective for EU Association Countries during EU Presidencies of Poland, Lithuania and Latvia", Daniela Morari presented the main results and lessons learned in the implementation of the EaP, future priorities that should be taken into account within the EU's recent reflection process, the need to address current EaP dilemmas, identifying support instruments, assistance and expertise in delivering reforms for the benefit of citizens, strengthening cooperation on cohesion, and providing a long-term vision.

"History has shown that no country has succeeded by itself. Only but together we can better understand the realities, we can identify ways to work together, take steps to build confidence, and to deliver. Thus, the answer to the conference, if we can deliver, it would be that only together we will succeed. In this context, I want to assure you about the commitment of the Republic of Moldova to deliver results", concluded Daniela Morari.

The conference served as a platform for exchange of views and expertise among EU and EaP member states decision-makers in order to identify the framework needed to provide a clear European perspective to Eastern Partnership countries for a foreseeable future
