At the discussion, it was highlighted the importance of strengthening the Strategic Dialogue between the two countries, the sides agreeing upon the agenda of the meetings for the near future.

 

Minister Aureliu Ciocoi expressed appreciation for the assistance provided by the USA, which is helping to consolidate democratic processes and fortify key sectors of the national economy.

 

For his part, Ambassador Dereck Hogan reiterated the support of the United States of America for implementing structural reforms, particularly in the area of ​​justice reform.

 

The interlocutors analysed the regional and international political developments, agreeing on the need to maintain a continuous dialogue regarding the events that concern the mutual interest of the two states, but also the bilateral cooperation.
