The IInd meeting of the Moldovan-Croatian Joint Commission on European Integration took place in Chisinau

23rd of July, Chisinau – The ways of consolidating cooperation in the fields of internal affairs, combating corruption, civil aviation, culture, education and strategic communication were discussed during the Moldovan – Croatian Joint Commission of European integration.

In the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, the IInd meeting of the Moldovan-Croatian Joint Commission on European Integration took place. It was co-chaired by Daniela Morari, State secretary for European integration and Vice Skračić, Assistant Minister for political affairs of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia.

Within the 6 sectorial working groups, organized under the Joint Commission, future bilateral cooperation priorities were set, as well as discussed practical ways to share Croatia’s expertise and experience in order to support the national institutions in implementing the commitments that derive from the Republic of Moldova – European Union Association Agreement.  

Note: The Joint Commission represents an instrument for bilateral cooperation which is established with the aim of supporting the process of European integration of the Republic of Moldova, as well as facilitates the implementation of the priorities convened in the Agreement between the Governments of the Republic of Moldova and Republic of Croatia for a European Partnership, concluded in Zagreb on 6th of November 2012.
