The CEI Member States discussed aspects of collaboration in the process of European integration

April 25th, Zagreb – State Secretary Daniela Morari participated in the International Conference “Knowledge sharing for building stronger partnerships in the process of European Integration”. The event was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Croatia, in its capacity of Chairmanship-in-Office of the Central European Initiative (CEI).  

At the conference, Daniela Morari has reiterated the idea of importance of continuing the multidimensional dialogue in the context of regional cooperation in Central and South-Eastern Europe, both for economic and social development of each partner, and in the context of European aspirations of the countries from the region. “The Republic of Moldova highly appreciates the role of CEI and of the process of cooperation within the organization regarding the implementation of the reforms and the improving of social-economic mechanisms, designated to assure an ascending line of the European vector for our country” mentioned

State Secretary Morari. The State Secretary has presented the priorities of the Republic of Moldova in the implementation of the European agenda, as well as the instruments applied for the implementation of the provisions of the Association Agreement with the EU, including the assistance provided by the EU and the Member States.

In the participants’ opinion, the Conference “Knowledge sharing for building stronger partnerships in the process of European Integration” has provided an excellent platform for exchanging of views and experience for Member States' representatives.
